is responsible in preparing and developing technical working drawings (in CAD) to support the interior designers in particular and studio in general. The role involves translating design concepts into detailed working drawings with specifications, dimensions and material specifications. Also to include continuously reviewing drawings with the interior designers to ensure full compliance with Thinkscape quality and regulatory standards at all stages of production.

Key Accountabilities

Liaise with interior designers to gather design criterias and technical requirements. Indicate all dimensions, working details and finishing requirements in drawings. Prepare 2D technical drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD Ensure drawings comply with project standards, company guideline, and local regulation. Revise and update drawings based on design changes or client feedback. Maintain organized drawing files and document control. Apply understanding of construction drawings, materials, and technical standards.

Skills & Requirements

A minimum 5 years working experience as Technical Assistant, Draughtman, or in any similar role. Well versed with computer-aided design (CAD) software. Possess Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from locally/internationally recognised architectural/interior design institution. Have good understanding of architecture/interior detailing. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in office/work places interior projects will be a bonus. Additional certification/training in related field will be a bonus. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Exhibit effective communication and teamwork skills.
