Job Description
1. To perform preventive maintenance all Injection Die, End Cap Die & Cutter.
2. To perform preventive maintenance all Injection mould (polishing, fitting and repair).
3. To repair all Injection Die & End Cap at production line.
4. To support production for new Die trial.
5. To update all ISO document related to Tooling.
6. To monitor Die storage area.
7. To monitor 5s activities at workshop.
8. To monitor spare parts and update accordingly.
9. To prepare Die breakdown report & propose countermeasure.
10. To study Injection Die improvement activities.
