1) Professionally and diligently perform routine periodic and monthly servicing works according to Company\'s
Maintenance program and work schedule. This include verbal complaints/request by the customer on lift and or
escalators matter.
2) To report all abnormal findings to the Supervisor and or Engineer for further action.
3) To ensure that all works performed ie.Servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown are accompanied
by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer. These job-sheet are to be submitted to the
office for verification.
4) To attend as soon as reasonably possible, all breakdown callback assignment. Priority is to be given for \'man
trap\' situation within 45 minutes and normal breakdown call for assistance within 2 hours.
5) To perform other repair works as instructed by the Supervisor and or Engineer.
6) To be available for 24 Hours Breakdown Callback Standby duties as and when required by the Supervisor and
or Engineer.
7) Any others duties that may be given by the Supervisor from time to time.
