Role Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather business requirements.
• Analyze and document user stories, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Identify and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Functional Specification:
• Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications.
• Define system requirements, including user interfaces, data models, and integration points.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate user interfaces and interactions.
• Ensure that functional specifications align with business goals and user needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve any ambiguities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing accurate and timely updates on project progress.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback.
• Solution Evaluation and Validation:
• Participate in solution design discussions and reviews.
• Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and validate that the implemented solution meets the defined requirements.
• Identify and document any gaps or deviations between the implemented solution and the original requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or defects identified during testing.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the business domain.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior analysts and team members.

Qualifications:

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven track record of gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of database concepts, data analysis, and SQL is a plus.
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is a plus.
