Job Description

:

1. To oversee the entire construction site of electrical services

2. To ensure the work progress on electrical services is complied to requirements and specifications.

3. To assist site management staff to plan and execute the work program.

4. To ensure occupational safety and a healthy working environment.

5. To ensure all M&E equipment are properly functioning and buildings are in good condition.

6. To report to Management/Senior Executive - Operation for any defect or repair need to be carried out.

7. To liaise with Authority with respect to machinery inspection/renewal or new installation.

8. To oversee the entire maintenance services of electrical system.

9. To review operation equipment and system constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, resolve problem in a timely manner and to identify opportunity for improvement.

10. To assist Management to do inspection during handling over and take over of project.

11. To Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and initiates re-ordering point.

12. To contact the service contractor when necessary if any defects is identified.

13. Maintenance staff shall be on standby within the premises. .To accept and complete jobs or other assignments instructed by the Management.

14. To ensure all complaints are being attended and rectified specified time.

15. Possess ST A4 License Certificate is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
