Closing Date: 28 April 2024KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate and consolidate manpower planning for the project with respective Managers and AGM Hydro Development Department (Gand to revise periodically based on requirement including revising the Baleh HEP Project Organization Chart.
• Liaise with HR in Business (HRiB) on the recruitment matters, monitoring of timesheet submission, Individual Development Plan (IDP) and career progression submission for the established personnel.
• Administer CFS related matters eg. CFS contracts, timesheet, service fee, recruitment, claims and their performance.
• Communicate/liaise with upper management to assist the GM Baleh in strategizing decision papers for endorsement and approval.
• Coordinate and arrange the Baleh HEP monthly divisional meeting with all the direct reports of GM Baleh and to produce presentation materials for the briefing.
• Coordinate and compile the lesson learned of all packages.
• Prepare write up on special events and incidents to be publish in Yammer.
• Record meeting minutes, circulations of memo to the team as well as internal stakeholders.
• Develop efficient documentation and filing system for both softcopy and hardcopy.
• Assist in coordinating event for Baleh HEP.
• Administrative support to the team.
• Cross reference of technical lesson learnt database throughout Project Delivery Department.
• Arrangement of Teh Tarik session for Project Delivery Department.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES:

• As we are working with China contractor, proficient in Mandarin is advantageous as most of the contractor\'s worker are only fluent in Mandarin.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical discipline) with minimum 2-3 years working experience.
• Work experience in projects will be an added advantage.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
