Primary responsibilities will include a key role in resources management, laboratory sample management and laboratory HSSE.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate field technician and production chemical service engineer/technician movement for routine and non-routine sampling and surveillance including communication with related parties.
Assist in Production Chemistry's Technical and administrative matters e.g.: warehouse inspection, budgeting, procurement, invoicing, timesheet, staff movement, ISO 17025:2017 audit, etc.
Coordinate and produce minute for regular meeting related to Production Chemistry's related Operational meetings.
Responsible in personnel movement (offshore and onshore mobilization and demobilization)
Perform timely laboratory data entry in database including LIMS and ECM
Technically competent to provide statistical report, trending and record of samples and analysis, and analyse the data provided with interpretation and prediction as and when.
Monitor and coordinate assigned key personnel HSE training validity
Responsible in HSE related matters including Contractor's Competency Card (CCC), Working Permit, HSE training, e-vetting, etc.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Science or Engineering with minimum one (1) year working experiences in related field e.g., hydrocarbon and water analysis
Possess a Diploma in Science or Engineering with minimum two (2) years working experiences in related field e.g., hydrocarbon and water analysis
Possess a SPM certificate with minimum three (3) years working experiences in related field e.g., hydrocarbon and water analysis
Minimum two (2) year working experiences as technical coordinator or planner or equivalent
