1. Documentation preparation - GP & Hospital CS
Ensure accurate documentation, keying in & filing of documents. (ie, Quotation, Sales Order, Work order, T&C, PPM, CSR or CS related documents).
Ensure all Quotation or Sales order are accurate according to latest pricing, marketing campaign, or customer category.
2. Post sales support - Repair & Tracking of Status
Liaise with Technical team & supply chain in regards to accessories, parts, equipment warranty claim.
Assist, track and coordinate with customer/ sales agent to resolve after sales product issue.
Ensure all equipment/item for repair tasks are all tracked till complete.
Submit relevant report to supervisor when required.
3. Customer Service
Handling sales agents enquiries, customer enquiries, pre & post sales product related issue.
Liaising with customer/ logistics to collect goods for after sales checking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
