Job Description

Responsible for applications and service support in the South East Asia region. Provide expert applications advice as well as technical service support to our distributors and customers. Understand customers' application requirements, develop suitable process recipes and make appropriate recommendations to achieve their desired outcomes. Conduct applications and equipment demonstrations on-site and in the applications lab. Generate applications reports in support of pre and post sales activities. Conduct training both application & service, both in-house and on-site at customer locations. Support the set-up, inspection and testing of new equipment at customer locations to ensure proper installation. Provide technical support, training and advice to distributors / customers on correct use and maintenance of equipment. Establish preventative maintenance schedules with customer.
Other duties as required by management, including travel and support outside Malaysia.


Provide applications & services support to customers and distributors in the region for T&I-OSM products, to ensure we are providing the results that our customers expect.


To provide technical support and expertise to distributors and customers to ensure proper installation and smooth running of equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
