Technical Development Specialist
Job Description
-Support plants from various location to develop rubber formulation -Work closely with Purchasing in raw material sourcing for cost saving, process & quality improvement -Introduce and evaluate alternative or lower cost rubber formulation for cost saving purpose -Design rubber formulation which increase productivity and reduce wastage Resource Management Requirement: -Degree in Polymer Engineering or equivalent -Strong knowledge in rubber formulation and posses hands on experience in operating laboratory roll mill, rubber material mechanical testing and intepret test result
