Key Responsibilities

Review customer drawings and technical documents; ensure proper archiving. Coordinate with internal departments to translate drawings into manufacturable processes. Develop machining drawings, process flow charts, procedures, and packaging requirements. Lead pre-mass production sample builds, simulations, and trial productions. Conduct machinery and equipment technical reviews. Prepare and maintain production documentation, BOMs, and process cards. Track progress of assigned tasks and prepare departmental reports. Conduct internal training to improve accuracy and quality. Support process improvement, standardization, and technical compliance.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in a relevant technical/engineering field. Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical component machining. Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, QC080000). Strong communication and documentation skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to handle technical issues in the department.

Nice to Have / Additional Skills

Experience in technical training and staff guidance. Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement. Ability to propose and implement departmental improvements.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
