Job Description

Job Highlights:

Conduct general inspection and repairs on controls panels, machineries, electrical wirings, switches, boards, electrical points around production and office areas. Perform PLC maintenance and repair. Perform hydraulics maintenance and repair. Perform installation or replacement of appliances, equipments, machineries both electrical and electronic throughout the factory Inspect, analyse, identify and rectify issues on machines such as CNC bending, manual bending, drilling, punching, stamping, collaring, dimpling, cutting, coiling, expanding, etc. Inspect, analyse, identify and rectify issues on equipments such as compressors, gas tanks, water filters, pipes, etc. Perform general maintenance and repair activities throughout the factory and office areas. Study technical drawings and suggest solutions to complex processing. Interpret complex piping parts and suggest improvements to processing and machine capabilities. Analyze and report on technical and machine capabilities required for new part design, development and manufacturing. Monitor and report on any infringements of safety precautions or procedures at all areas throughout the factory. Report immediately on any issues and liaise accordingly with outsourced service personnel for repairs or maintenance activities that are not under candidate's expertise.

Skills:

Experience in metal tubes fabrication and processing industry is highly recommended. Ability to innovate existing manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. Ability to design and develop new production parts. Ability to improve machine capabilities. Ability to work under pressure from multiple production sections. Able to respond quickly to repairs ensuring smooth production lines. Take self-initiative to conduct maintenance and repair activities without having the manager to instruct and monitor. Able to take on preventive maintenance to mitigate potential problems before hand. Experience or eagerness to work in a factory environment. Excellent command of Malay and English languages.

Qualification & Requirement

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or other related fields At least 4 years working experience in relevant field expected
Working Hours : Monday - Saturday (8am - 5pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
