Job Title: Technical Engineer Salary: RM 4K-6K Location: Kuching, Sarawak \xe2\x80\xa2 > 8 years in wireless/wired telecommunications industry (mobile and fiber) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in site survey and rollout implementation project \xe2\x80\xa2 Pair with and to continuously guide and train internal and contractors \xe2\x80\xa2 Scrutinize, sanitize, rectify integrated site database issues if any \xe2\x80\xa2 Use GIS mapping software e.g. Mapinfo/QGIS for geographical cluster planning on map, sequencing of sites, integrated drive route planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for audit/survey report QC \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct technical analysis & assessments of the network, including but not limited to Tower structure integrity, condition and safety concern Tower audit/survey results vs TP compliance and commercial/finance database Identify incoming fiber, rack space, ODF, used/unused fiber equipment ports & fiber core, analyze fibre network utilization, reviewing network configurations, and making recommendations for improvement Identify facilities related e.g. power, meter, rectifier, backup battery, aircon, fan, lighting etc Highlight and inform field ops of any issues discovered for rectification e.g. tower structure integrity or safety related, inactive fiber equipment, site housekeeping etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in English and Malay
