Job Description

Qualification

1. SPM, STPM and Certificate, Diploma / Degree & above in (Moulding/ Vocational/ Technical/ or equivalent);

2. MInimum 5 years of working experience in production / manufacturing management and technical;

3. Required skills/ knowledge: moulding process/ production control/ machine maintenance;

Responsibility

1. Responsible for all aspects of the injection moulding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow.

2. Managing raw moulding materials in a way that ensures traceability and prevents contamination

3. Optimises all machine processes by reducing scrap, cycle times and mould changes times

4. Asisst with launches of new programs by building a new process to ensure quality products of parts and attends launch meetings prior to production start-up as needed

5. Maintains and secures controlled injection process by using part weights by using plastics data and using a systematics approach to optimising current running process;

6. Directs set-ups for molds using efficient mold change systems and robotics;

Function

1. All work conduct whenever & whichever applicable, shall be as spelled out in the company's standard operating procedures;

2. Working with production to ensure molded components meet requirements, making adjustsments as required other assigments as requested.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
