Job Scope:- Provide technical support to the sales activity in coordination with the Sales force, ensuring that the best engineering solution is delivered to the customer. Responsibilities : - Technical Support Provide technical support to clients, consultants and contractors; this includes feasibility study, design proposals and solutions. Provide project specific design services including review of project plans, developing product solutions, value engineering, drawings, quantity estimate and technical report. Prepares calculations reports and technical descriptions/ specifications. Commercial Support Activities Provide first-sales activities to enhance the awareness of Maccaferri solutions in technical environment, whether in private establishments, Government units or universities. Support after-sales activities such as on-site assistance to clients. Team Collaboration Work closely with team members and cross-function members to build effective and consistent communication channel. Reports and Data Proposals and data reports, and maintaining in the CRM. Requirements:- At least 4 years working experience, preferably in a consulting or manufacturing environment Possess good knowledge in civil/ geotechnical applications Experience in flood mitigation and hydraulic structures Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software Good analytical skills Qualifications: - Degree in Civil Engineering is a must.
