We are hiring a Technical Engineer to join the team in Shah Alam. This is a supportive and motivated team where you will have the opportunity to develop your skilss and grow as a professional. About the role:

• Handling customers\' enquiries or problems associated with their equipment installations and/or services provided.
• Perform periodic review on technical problem / trend. Implement relevant corrective or preventive actions and monitor improvements.
• Assist service technicians/engineers in solving difficult or complex problems in the field.
• Assist the technical manager in the assessment and improvement of skills, service and technical capability and professionalism of all service personnel by establishing, maintaining, improving and providing training (in the use and practice of) of standard procedures and method of work related to the maintenance, repair and trouble shooting of AC equipment.
• Maintain and upkeep an efficient library on products, technical information, spare parts manual, ECB update and training materials.
• Timely execution of engineering change according to ECB releases by factory.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing team, both indirect and direct channel.
• Conduct new product training and formulate standard service and maintenance program of products in accordance to factory recommendation.
• Assist immediate superior to carry out periodic technical assessment of sub-contractors / suppliers.
• Maintain a highly active and visual customer rapport profile satisfying the \xe2\x80\x9cOne to One Concept\xe2\x80\x9d strategy.
• Build a strong connection with Product Companies for divisional support and technical information flow.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the service / maintenance / repair / of electrical, controls, and VSD.
• Knowledge and experience in servicing and maintening of Atlas Copco compressed dry air (CDA) equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience on the installation , commissioning and troubleshooting of optimization products/controls is an advantage.
• Graduate in engineering degree, preferably in the area of electrical, electronics and controls
