• Minimum qualification: Diploma (Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
• Practical knowledge of Azure Cloud and Microsoft server platforms.
• Familiar with Active Directory, endpoint OS support, and general troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Able to write and understand SQL queries.
• Experience in configuring and maintaining IIS.
• Basic understanding of performance monitoring tools.
• Good working knowledge of the Windows registry and its real-world applications.

• Support and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2008/R2, 2012/R2, 2016, 2019).
• Troubleshoot client endpoint issues on Windows 7, 8, and 10.
• Manage Active Directory tasks, including creating accounts, setting permissions, and maintaining user records.
• Use tools like Event Viewer, Task Manager, and command-line utilities for diagnostics.
• Configure and support basic network components such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Assist with administration and monitoring of Azure Cloud services.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of incidents, procedures, and resolutions.
