2-3 years of automotive industry experience,
strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to ensure 24/7 operational readiness, equipment serviceability, and effective spare parts management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support technicians across multiple locations.
Coordinate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operations to ensure optimal performance.
Manage spare parts inventory and oversee equipment maintenance activities.
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
Ensure 24/7 operational readiness, including resource allocation and emergency response support.
Handle maintenance-related documentation, compliance reporting, and administrative tasks.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and relevant industry standards.
Requirements:
Diploma in
Automotive, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering
, or a related field.
Minimum
2-3 years of experience
in the automotive industry or equivalent.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with automotive systems, GSE operations, and maintenance practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and other assigned stations.
