Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient

Technical Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years of job experience

in the construction or related industry, with a focus on planning, technical coordination, and safety compliance, especially regarding tower crane operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Tower Crane Planning and Coordination:

? Study new projects and propose tower crane locations using CAD drawing files.

? Liaise with the site in charge for technical matters and crane proposals.

? Finalize proposed tower crane locations with the Project Manager or engineer, ensuring all safety aspects and meeting

JKKP safety requirement

.

Design and Technical Liaising:

? Liaise with professional engineer for tower crane foundation and tie back design.

? Discuss crane erection and related technical issues with the operation team.

? Plan with operation in charge for operation work planning if require.

? Compile and submit design approval document through online submission if require.

Documentation and Administration:

? Prepare competent firm renewal submission documents with management team.

? Printing drawings for Client submission / reference purpose.

? Update with Director on upcoming new project.

Stakeholder Communication:

? Attend site or client office for discuss any related technical issue.

? Liaise with customer and sub-contractor.

Requirements:

? Minimum of

3 years of working experience

in the construction or a related heavy industry.

? Proficiency in

CAD software

for drawing and planning.

?Strong understanding of site safety regulations, specifically

JKKP

(Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan) safety requirements for heavy machinery.

? Excellent communication skills to liaise with site personnel, professional engineers, clients, sub-contractors, and management.

? Ability to manage and prepare technical and legal submission documents.

Educational Background:

? A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field is

required

.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Experience:

CAD software: 1 year (Preferred) Tower Crane Operations: 1 year (Preferred) Construction Operation : 1 year (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:

25% (Preferred)
