Accreditation to ensure the implementation of the management system complies with ISO/IEC, 17065, ISO/IEC 17025.
Certification Advisory Committee meeting - prepare and record minutes of meeting.
Internal Audit - Plan audit schedule and conduct internal audit.
Management Review Meeting - Prepared and Present the management review report and records minutes of meeting.
Customer Feedback and Complaints - Conduct customer feedback survey, analyze the results and investigate complaints.
Training - Plan for training program and arrange the training.
External and internal document - control, maintain and update.
Job Requirement:
Must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience, with a minimum of 2 years of total working experience.
Good understanding of ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
Knowledge of impartiality and confidentiality requirements.
Familiarity with Ikram QA scheme policies, certification activities, and related reference documents.
