3+ years of experiencePosition SummaryEffective execution of NP MY Trade assets delivery and return at branches on time. Ensure Branch Warehouse physical machine\'s status tally with BMBMS status 100%. Ensure machine well manage at warehouse and arrange minor machine service at branch level. Monitor usage & sufficient of spare parts at Branch Warehouse.A day in the life of a Field Sales Executive

• Machine warehouse (Physical and BMB) : Coordinate logistics delivery and maintenance repair operations of NP assets located at Branch Warehouse. Monitor machine conditions located at warehouse, arrange indoor repair for and return major issue machines to Vending Central Warehouse. Ensure physical machine\'s status tally with BMB status 100% at Branch Warehouse.
• Machine logistic management (DC - VCW & DC to Customer): Manage machines delivery, relocation, and return to VCW on schedule. Enforce FIFO of trade assets at warehouse, machine is cleaned, good working conditions with permutation code and branding.
• Field Coaching and Trainings: Organize Technical related trainings on new machine model (follow / refresh training at branch level). Organize DQP training for key customer.
• Spare Parts Inventory: Manage Branch Warehouse spare parts inventory, replenish spare part to ensure sufficient parts for breakdown repairing. Write off spare part at branch level.
• Machine Repair / Service in warehouse: Monitor machine conditions at Branch Warehouse; Arrange machine repair \'Under Repair / Under Service \' to technical team.
• Manage BMB-MS: Manage BMB-MS system at Branch level
• Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance in Outlet: Monitor NPCC report, arrange job assignment to technical team for fast and effective execution. Ensure all machines are audited every 4 months

What will make you successful

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/ Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in relevant field (at least 1 year in the foodservice industry)
• Good communication, presentation & PR skills required - as this is a customer facing role.
• This role will be based in Sabah.
