Job Description

We are hiring a

Technical Implementation Manager

to lead software implementation projects across financial and enterprise environments. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage integrations, and ensure smooth delivery from planning to go-live.

This role is ideal for someone with

e-Invoicing experience

who wants to

lead a team of Business Analysts

and step up into a project ownership role.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

full implementation lifecycle

: planning, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and handover

Translate business requirements

into clear technical specifications Coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and support teams Manage integrations with

ERP, Core Banking, CRM

, and Payment Gateway systems

Lead SIT, UAT, and regression testing

activities Track defects, ensure issue resolution, and maintain documentation Manage project risks, escalation, and communication with stakeholders Conduct requirements workshops and project closure sessions

Guide and coach Business Analyst team


Qualifications



Minimum 5-8 years experience in software implementation

Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst

Strong background in

e-Invoicing projects

Experience in ERP

, financial systems, or enterprise applications Knowledge of API integration, system configuration, data migration, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Familiar with

Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

Tools: Jira, MS Project, Asana, Google Sheets or similar Advantage: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

Do you have hands-on experience with e-invoicing systems or regulatory compliance for invoicing? Do you have at least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, enterprise systems, or e-invoicing? This position is a project-based independent contractor role. You'll receive a fixed monthly pay, but you'll be responsible for handling your own statutory contributions (EPF / SOCSO / Tax). Would you be open to this arrangement? Are you comfortable with this being a contract position?
