Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Implementation Manager

to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software solutions across the financial and corporate sectors. This role is ideal for a hands-on, technically strong project manager who can bridge business requirements with technical execution, ensuring smooth configuration, integration, testing, and deployment for clients.

Key Responsibilities



Lead

full-cycle software implementation projects

-- planning, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live. Translate business needs into

clear technical and functional deliverables

for internal and client teams. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to drive smooth project execution. Manage integrations with

Core Banking, ERP, CRM, payment gateways

, and other enterprise platforms. Ensure thorough

change management

, system readiness, and accurate implementation documentation. Serve as the

main point of contact

for all implementation and delivery-related matters. Conduct requirements workshops, testing reviews, and client engagement meetings. Lead and coordinate

SIT, UAT, and regression testing

to ensure high-quality delivery. Oversee defect tracking, resolution, and final validation before deployment. Identify project risks, resolve technical issues related to APIs, data, and configuration, and execute mitigation plans. Document lessons learned, best practices, and recommend process enhancements for continual improvement.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

.

5-8 years of experience

managing software implementation projects (fintech, ERP, enterprise systems highly preferred). Strong technical understanding of

software deployment, configuration, API integrations, ETL/ETTL, and data migration

. Proven experience managing full testing cycles --

SIT, UAT, regression

. Familiarity with

AWS or Azure

environments. Hands-on experience with project tools such as

Jira, MS Project, Asana, Google Workspace

, etc. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
