Job Description

We're looking for an experienced

Technical Project Manager

to lead end-to-end delivery of fintech and enterprise collection system projects. This role requires strong project ownership, cross-functional coordination, and a solid background in implementing software solutions for the financial or technology sector.

What You'll Do

Manage full project lifecycles, from initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, to closure. Gather, document, and translate business and functional requirements into actionable deliverables. Oversee implementation of enterprise collection and fintech systems, including configuration, integration, and vendor coordination. Manage testing lifecycles (SIT, UAT, regression testing) to ensure solution quality. Identify and mitigate project risks; resolve issues efficiently to meet milestones. Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors, providing clear updates and reports to management. Plan and track resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion. Document lessons learned and refine project delivery frameworks for continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree

in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

Proven experience

managing software implementation projects, preferably in

fintech, enterprise, or financial systems

. Strong knowledge of

business & functional requirement gathering

. Familiarity with

collections systems, payment platforms, or financial applications

is an advantage. Hands-on understanding of

software deployment, server setup, testing lifecycles, and integration

. Knowledge of

Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

methodologies. Proficient with tools like

Jira, MS Project, or Asana

. PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
