Job Description

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing technology-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that project goals align with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Resource Management:

Identify and allocate necessary resources, ensuring team members are effectively utilized.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders; provide regular updates and project status reports.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with technical teams to define project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.

Budget Management:

Monitor project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within financial constraints.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and technical specifications.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.

Documentation:

Maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and technical specifications.

Post-Project Evaluation:

Conduct post-project evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a technical or IT environment.

Certifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or a similar project management certification is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud technologies and development practices. Knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
