Technical Integration Specialist - Role Overview

We are seeking a

Technical Integration Specialist

who thrives at the intersection of

code, content, and craftsmanship

. This is a hands-on, system-level role focused on

transforming structured data into intuitive, developer-friendly documentation

. This position is not traditional documentation work--it's about

designing pipelines and systems

that make APIs, SDKs, and integrations seamless to use and understand.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Maintain Doc Generation Pipeline

Connect structured data, Markdown content, and templated UI logic to produce cohesive, automated outputs.

Pattern-Driven Transformation

Design and implement regex, parsing, and schema normalization logic to ensure consistency across hundreds of documentation nodes.

Templating & Presentation

Build and refine React-like templating systems to shape how developers interact with product documentation.

AI-Enhanced Development

Utilize AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code CLI) for debugging, refactoring, and ideation, integrating AI as a productivity teammate.

Collaborative Development

Work asynchronously with engineers, writers, and DevRel through Git-based workflows and lightweight code reviews.

Continuous Improvement

Enhance the developer experience (DX) pipeline by identifying friction points, translating feedback into improvements, and enforcing technical empathy.

Required Skills & Experience

Mid+ experience in

React-like templating

, Markdown systems, and

structured content

(JSON/YAML).

Advanced regex

proficiency for content transformation and discovery. Proven experience with

agentic AI developer tools

and pipeline integration. Deep understanding of

developer workflows

from onboarding to SDK adoption. Strong Git/GitHub skills; comfortable with asynchronous collaboration and pull-request-driven development. Experience in

AGILE environments

; able to self-manage workloads and report progress clearly. Keen attention to detail and ability to implement elegant fixes.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with

API/SDK documentation generation

, static site generators, or developer portals. Familiarity with

Hugo, Golang

, or related build systems. Exposure to

search indexing systems

(Algolia DocSearch). Experience with

CI/CD documentation deployment

and automation flows. Contributions to

developer tooling, internal platforms, or DX guilds

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur
