Job Description
As a
Technical Support Intern
at Proofice Technology, you will assist our technical team in providing support forweb-based systems
,CCTV
, andsurveillance solutions
. You will gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, installation, testing, and maintenance of ICT and security systems, while learning from industry professionals in a real working environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
installing, configuring, and testing CCTV and surveillance systems
. Providetechnical support
to clients and internal teams for ICT and security-related issues. Help inweb system troubleshooting
, updates, and minor front-end/back-end tasks (under supervision of developers). Participate insystem setup, network configuration, and hardware maintenance
. Support documentation of technical issues, maintenance logs, and service reports. Assist inproduct demonstrations
, testing, and user training when required. Collaborate with the IT and project teams on ongoing improvement and development tasks. Maintain good communication and teamwork in all assigned technical operations.Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
