Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Provide product quotations against the products offered from Platform

\xc2\xb7 Maintain up to date product information and be accountable to ensure the external sales team remain current in their product knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Provide all necessary information to the order management team in order to raise purchase orders on factories and local suppliers, and support the order management team\'s completion of the client\'s orders

\xc2\xb7 Act as the first point of contact with all incoming enquiries (via telephone or email)

\xc2\xb7 Platform order punching in Navision

\xc2\xb7 Creation of the material requisition form and assign to operations

\xc2\xb7 Creating and uploading Bill of Material in Navision for the established products

\xc2\xb7 Coordination with the supplier for the delivery of the components

\xc2\xb7 Maintain production plan template along with delivery, production report, on time delivery tracking for platform products

\xc2\xb7 Deal with packaging suppliers

\xc2\xb7 Responsibility for ISO documentation and maintenance of documents. Coordinate with various function for ensuring right documentation

\xc2\xb7 Nameplate for the products assembled in Platform

Requirements

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering preferential, and prior experience in the pump industry

\xc2\xb7 Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles

\xc2\xb7 2 - 3 years of working experience related in the field

\xc2\xb7 Communication: Conduct negotiations, presentation techniques

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently, high level of commitment, self-motivated team player, result-orientated

\xc2\xb7 Good organizational skills incl. time management
