Job Description

TECHNICAL LEAD - Full Time (Remote) RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of PHP and NodeJS developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable PHP and NodeJS applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and estimate project timelines and resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to PHP and NodeJS development, and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Ensure the team follows agile development methodologies and meets project deadlines.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role, leading PHP and NodeJS development teams.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and NodeJS, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems, frameworks, and libraries.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with database systems, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
