In line of their expansion in IT team, my client is looking for a Tech Lead who can oversee a team of software developers and participate in stakeholder management. They provide high level of quality of service that adds value every step of the way by providing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of software developers and provide technical guidance by creating an atmosphere that encourages continuous improvement.
• Implement software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Engage actively in the design and development of software architecture, providing input and innovative solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities, to effectively explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, working seamlessly with team members and cross-functional teams.
• Continuously improve the development process by implementing best practices and optimizing the use of technology and tools.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development to ensure our software applications are innovative and efficient.

Key Requirements:

• More than 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and coding scalable systems like in Java/.NET/Python
• At least 3 years in leading teams or in mentorship roles
• Good understanding in comprehensive technical skills capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Good organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
