About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Lead / Technical Manager
to drive backend development for new strategic projects. This is a key technical leadership position where you will lead architecture design, apply AI-assisted programming tools, and mentor the team to deliver high-quality backend systems.Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end backend architecture design and development for new projects Apply Go as the core language and leverage AI programming tools (e.g., Gemin-cli, Claude-code) Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise and guiding developers Solve complex technical challenges quickly and efficiently Continuously optimize backend architecture and improve system performance
Requirements
Strong proficiency in
Go
and backend frameworks/middleware Experience usingAI coding tools
in real projects Familiarity with client-side dev processes (Android/iOS) 5+ years backend experience; Bachelor's in Computer Science or related Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: RM25,000.00 - RM45,000.00 per month
