JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

~ Overall management of the Technical Services including project management, personnel management, sub-contractors management, site arrangements, daily operational activities, maintenance of materials, machineries & vehicles, suppliers & customers management
~ Planning the yearly budget and working within the budget
~ Highlight the problems and constrains regarding to workability, accessibility and others to the superior and advice the effective solutions for related structure above
~ Perform problem analysis
~ Others assignments which are necessary and may be assigned from time to time for successful implementation of the project

REQUIREMENTS
~ Minimum Bachelors / Master Degree in relevant field
~ Credit in Mathematics and English in SPM
~ Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in both technical & management field (experience in security surveillance products such as CCTV, Alarm, Access Control, Barrier Gate, Fiber, Electrical, IT is added advantage)
~ Possess own transportation with Valid Class D license
~ Possess positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet targets and deadlines
~ Efficient in both technical as well as management fields
~ Good organizational skills used in planning own work
~ Excellent communication and listening skills
