Job Responsibilities: 1) To provide strategic technical guidance to proactively improve performance, system reliability, security and cost-effectiveness using industry best practices. 2) Lead the manufacturing process improvement projects, process validation, be technical reference point in the factory for technical trouble shooting and process optimization. 3) In charge of evaluating the work processed and implementing technology solutions to meet the business\xe2\x80\x99s current and future needs. 4) Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. 5) Lead and support project teams, communicate and document results, focus resources to meet priorities. 6) Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects. 7) Initiate and direct external testing and scientific collaborations. 8) Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements. 9) Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects. 10) Able to perform duties that include travelling for auditing and technical visits as and when required. 11) Oversee user testing and report results adjust requirements as needed. 12) Review all work produced by the development team, ensure code produced meets company standards. 13) Any other related duties that may be given by management from time to time. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in chemistry science, polymer science, or chemical engineering or related field; knowledge of Silicone Chemistry is a plus. \xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of related working experience,including 3 years of technical supervisory or leadership experience. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in latex dipping process. \xc2\xb7 Strong technical leadership and research project management skills. \xc2\xb7 Strong verbal and written communication skills - excellent scientific writing skills demonstrated by multiple technical publications and patents. \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizations and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a global setting. \xc2\xb7 Good leadership and communication skill with all levels.
