Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• To develop and implement operational plan to achieve or exceed department business goals and target.
• To provide leadership, coaching and monitoring of the technical team to meet individual\xe2\x80\x99s team member objectives.
• To initiate pro-active activities so as to escalate value add to clients and ensure good clients\xe2\x80\x99 experience to improve margins.
• To ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s resources are well utilized and managed for productivity and returns
• To provide effective and efficient management in installed base and subscription services revenue..
• To consistently promote and practice company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission statement, core value and culture to maintain excellent work relationship among staffs and clients.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Qualification Required:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering/ Information System/ Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 working experiences in related field.
• Posses software skills in SolidWorks, CAM programing and VBA
• Good written and speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin & Chinese would be a added advantage
• Effective leadership, communication skill and analytical thinking.
• Optimistic and positive work attitude.
• Willing to travel.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Benefits:
