Technical Manager
Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/IT staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in \xe2\x80\xa2 Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee user testing and report results - adjust requirements as needed \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with project manager during all phases of the development lifecycle \xe2\x80\xa2 Review all work produced by the development team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure code produced meets company standards
