Lead the technical positioning of crop protection products.
Use crop programs in area of responsibility, collect and analyse the data and provide insights.
Customize and assemble value proposition / technical advantages of Syngenta\'s products and programs, adapted to regional conditions.
Coordinate and optimize the performance of Syngenta Learning Centres and technical events
2. Commercial Support:
Accountable for internal and external technical capability building (employees, internal and external sales force).
Provide technical expertise to marketing, sales, regulatory, product evaluation, consultants, farmers, agronomists and researchers.
3. Stakeholder engagement:
Build strong relationship with key influencers: Liaise and influence regulators, consultants, researchers, growers groups, industry groups, external agronomists, etc.
Influence the recommendation of Syngenta\'s products by official research organizations and leading influencers (Stakeholders engagement).
Monitor market trends and provide market insights about competitor\'s movement, new pests, diseases outbreaks, etc.
Responsibilities: 1. Product Support:
Implement testing plan to customize recommendations, identify and measure technical benefits of Syngenta\'s products, systems and solutions (multi location demos).
With customer focus, interact with the product development team to influence the creation of recommendations that meet customer needs.
Provide inputs for designing of training interventions and deliver trainings to build technical capability to relevant stakeholders, internally and externally.
Operationalize the Syngenta Learning Centres ensuring development and implementation of a comprehensive plan (from planning phase to the demonstration day).
2. Commercial Support:
Training sales and marketing teams, and ensuring collaboration with marketing for development of appropriate product positioning.
Coaching of new sales and MKT employees.
Provide technical support to the sales team in their demonstration areas and field days activities, aiming to generate demand in the market.
Handling customer complaints.
3. Stakeholder engagement:
Collaborate and influence official organizations and technical influencers to obtain appraisal reports, recommendations and support of Syngenta\'s products.
View and report periodic opportunities, threats, market trends and movements of competition that may impact our business.
Ambassador at technical/commercial events.
