Key Responsibilities

Provide
technical and application support

Conduct regular
system maintenance
and implement performance enhancements to optimize functionality.
Manage customer expectations effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for timely resolution.
Respond to
help desk inquiries

Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science
or a related field.
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in
IT Support
or
Application Support
roles.
Proactive, resourceful, and a strong
team player
with excellent collaboration skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of
Java

Linux CentOS
, and web servers such as
Nginx

Tomcat
, or
Apache
is an advantage.
Experience in
log analysis
and
root cause analysis

Familiarity with
database systems

Understanding of the
securities, trading
