designed to develop skilled technical professionals for our production operations. Selected candidates will undergo

technical and on-the-job training in China

, gaining hands-on experience in world-class manufacturing environments before returning to Malaysia for placement in our Penang Plant.

JOB DESCRIPTION

:

Support production line setup, operations, and troubleshooting. Assist engineers in monitoring process performance and product quality. Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure smooth daily operations. Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Diploma in

Engineering

,

Manufacturing

,

Electrical

,

Mechanical

,

Mechatronic

, or any related technical field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Willing to undergo

training in China

. Able to communicate in English or Mandarin will be an added advantage. Strong learning attitude, teamwork, and adaptability.
