We are looking for eager-to-learn

graduates from technical schools to join the Halliburton Technical Graduate Program (HTGP) within the Malaysia Completion Tools Manufacturing Organization. This is a 3-phases structured program to train and develop fresh graduates to acquire skills and competency.


The Program is designed to develop technical school graduates to gain a strong foundation in welding and machining through structured training, on-the-job assignment and frequent feedback. You will acquire technical work knowledge and skills in safe welding and machining practice, braze and prep, post braze clean up, final clean up, labeling, cutting, hardfacing, product knowledge, how to operate basic and complex WOP machines, quality and inspection requirements, ability to read drawings, understand WOP programs, preventive maintenance, use of lifting devices, overhead cranes, material handling equipment, perform manufacturing math calculations, Continuous Improvement tools and eventually becoming a competent and independent Technical talent who is able to manufacture high standard of products for the oil & gas industry. To enhance your development, mentors will be assigned in every phase to provide valuable feedback for your growth. Assessment will be conducted at the end of each phase.

Who can apply?

Local Technical College graduates in any Engineering/Technical related courses with 0-2 years experiences are welcomed to apply Anyone who is willing to take technical career pathway as his/her profession with Halliburton Possess a positive attitude, high level of initiative, team player with keen learning aptitude Required to work in rotating shifts (Night shift allowance is available)
