Roles & Responsibilities: Work on new opportunities and bidding activities including solution architecting, preparation of Bill of Material, Scope of Work, liaising with partner/principal on technical aspects, solution verification, proposal write-ups, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts and other related activities. Liaise with principals/partners and be the technical lead for assigned products/technology. Guide customers through successful demos and/or proofs of concepts. Responsible for scope discussions, finalization, and documentation. Design, create, and deliver content that will enable the organization to sell, service, and support solutions. Work closely with internal Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to ensure excellent customer experience with our solution offerings. Improve/Build new business models that are advantageous for both the customer and the organization. Create, evaluate, and improve training pathways and skill development for Engineering, Support and Sales teams. Requirements: 3+ years of IT industry experience working with FIS, telecommunications, health, and government sectors etc. Good experience with databases is a must. Eg: MySQL, Postgresql, Oracle DB, MSSQL. Specialization knowledge in opensource and Red Hat offerings is a strong advantage. Good knowledge in IT landscape and enterprise customer environment. Solutions-sales mentality in an environment with multiple offerings and services. Ability to work seamlessly with distributed, cross-functional teams to achieve success on behalf of customers. Good command of both spoken and written English. Good documentation and proposal writing skills. Good inter-personal and communications skill with all levels. Self-motivated, self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Good team player. Willing to work under tight schedules to meet stringent project timelines.
