As a Technical Product Trainer in PropertyGuru\'s DataSense team, youwill be responsible for helping our customers - property seekers, agents, property developers, lenders - understand our products and data to answer their questions and make informed decisions. Develop training materials in the form of videos, articles, presentation slides, etc. for effective training approach and method. Deliver internal and external training on products offered by the organisation either in online or offline forums and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement. Work closely with product stakeholders to recognise the needs and provide assistance by designing and facilitating the training. Drive and take ownership of initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and ensure high quality training. Perform product demos to internal and external teams. Maintain records of training trends, developments and best practices from the market and apply to the organisation. Organise and manage the learning academy for end users Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Learning and Development experience within an operational or technical environment. Tertiary educational qualifications relevant to service industry, learning development management, instructional design or a related field. Related work experience in the IT industry, with knowledge of accounting or human resource software and experience in property, constructions, or hospitality industry is an added advantage. Excellent writing and editing skills in the English. Excellent presentation and communications skills. Good video editing skills. Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint), e-learning software is an asset. Adaptable in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent changes in the products and requirements. Independent, ambitious, highly responsible and results oriented. Innovative, creative, passionate, self-motivated, analytical, positive, determined, dynamic, efficient, organised and able to multi-task.
