Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales of MAC Products including paper resins, phenolic resins & microspheres. Collect payment when customers' payment falls due. Provide technical services and assist in troubleshooting customer process problems. Develop new businesses and new customers. Give quotations to customers based on approved prices. Work together with R&D department to develop new products. Attend customers' complaints promptly. Conduct annual customers' satisfaction survey. Monitor and report on time delivery. Prepare weekly sales update. Prepare monthly marketing report. Prepare board paper. Prepare yearly sales budget. Conduct credit review to all customers at least once a year. Get approval on selling prices. Get better transportation service provider. Verify, maintain, and control departmental ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Adhere to all OSH regulations. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by a superior.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
