Delivers integrated customer experience, assesses customer needs, and prepares product specifications for development and installation of customized applications.
Job Requirements
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to identify and meet their technical needs. Conducting needs assessments to determine how company products meet customer needs and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with design engineering to provide input on product reliability and other technical considerations. Providing post-sale technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
