This role focuses on both maintaining existing customer relationships and exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new customers. Build long-term relationships by understanding and addressing client needs. Present and promote suitable products and solutions based on client requirements in terms of quality, price, and delivery. Negotiate tender and contract terms to ensure mutual satisfaction. Prepare quotations and manage customer accounts. Provide pre-sales technical support and product training to customers. Deliver after-sales support, including technical troubleshooting when necessary. Assist in designing custom solutions and support internal team training. Prepare and submit timely sales reports to management. Record customer information and requirements accurately in the company system. Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows and industry events. Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations. Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for effective support. Follow up on customer payments.

Key Deliverables:

Increase the number of customer accounts and overall sales revenue. Submit timely reports and update CRM (GCIS) system. Ensure high customer satisfaction to support long-term business relationships. Execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, Business, Marketing, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers). Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
