Technical (Sales)/ Specification Executive.

You will be playing a crucial role in;

To attend, service, promote and to specify company products to Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Developers. Maintain good relationship by identifying client's needs and develop appropriate strategy to meet their needs. Responsible of preparation of proposals, provide solutions and information. Conduct product briefing and organise presentation to clients. Liaise with clients on all technical aspects of the project. Identify and gather new potential leads and maintain existing client's relationship. Provide a high standard of service and professionalism in dealing with customers and internal team. Gather market intelligence for the Manager by making close monitoring of market movements Able to meet target and work independently. Suitable candidate may also be possibly tasked to cover other regions.
Who are we looking for?

Candidate must possess at least formal higher education. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Executive/ Senior Executive specifying for products with Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Developers An energetic, positive attitude, with a desire to add value to the business Customer focus with a high level of initiative Good communication skills Team oriented Microsoft Office skills and PowerPoint skills. Motivated self-starter with good time management skills Must be customer focus and friendly

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
