Technical Sales Support
Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries, i.e. to provide quotation and technical information. - Supports tender documentation work when required. - Involve in the procurement and delivery of goods. - Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product demonstrations, customer education on using the products supplied. - Troubleshoot simple technical issues and provide prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure. - Perform any other relevant duties which may be assigned from time to time. - Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (Preferred)
- Bandar Sunway (Required)
- 50% (Preferred)
