Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION (S):
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1) To provide technical clarification to customers and sales personnel
2) To prepare and explain technical documents including:
2.1) Product datasheets
2.2) Technical proposals
2.3) Safety data Sheets (SDS)
3) Support site visits, and technical briefings
4) To coordinate with consultant, contractor or suppliers to resolve technical issues
5) To assist in trouble shooting and after-sales technical support
SALES SUPPORT
1) To support sales team in preparing Quotations, costing sheets, and tender documents
2) To handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or meetings
3) To maintain accurate sales records, customer databases
4) To assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and other relevant documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENT(S):-
Diploma/Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical and sales support.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidate should be able to work atSri Utara, Off Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur (near Lotus's , Selayang).
Able to travel as and when required.
Working days - Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
