What you\'ll do:

Technical Service Assistant is responsible for the in-house repairing for all type of products.

In detail, you will:

• Attend customer service orders including repairing and refurbishment tasks
• Respond and handle customer enquiries on after sales service information as when required
• Prepare quotation and follow up with customer on the unit collection
• Interact with ASC for customer unit receiving and delivery
• Track personal service order and manage individual AR to meet the KPI
• Housekeep the workshop all time to ensure tidiness and safety of workplace
• Support any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• Close collaboration with internal team - Call center, Spare part

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of related working experience.
• Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office and Email communication.
• Able to work in fast paced environment, independent, customer focused, result oriented & disciplined.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Bahasa Malaysia and English communication

Where you\'ll be:

You will be based in Shah Alam Office in Malaysia and report to Service Network & Technical Manager under Ownership Solutions Function.
