Join us as our new Technical Services Associate, Household Care
The Technical Services Associate will be an integral member of the Consumer BioSolutions Technical Services team to deliver innovative and technical solutions to customers across Southeast Asia. In this role you will make an impact by assisting the Technical Specialists in experiment planning, laboratory testing, data collection, analysis, and report writing, in addition to maintaining a functional working laboratory. You will play a role in establishing robust standard operating procedures, besides assisting in laboratory-scale laundry prototypes preparation by utilising existing or newer bio-ingredients along with enzymes

We are a small team of innovative and passionate members who work in close partnership with the commercial team to deliver technical solutions to customers.

In this role you\'ll make an impact by:

• Assisting the technical specialist in laboratory testing, data collection, analysis and report writing.
• Assisting in standard operating procedures development as well as planning and conducting new creative preliminary study relevant to the industry.

To succeed you must hold:

• Master\'s in biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Chemical Sciences/Engineering with 1 or more years\' experience in Home Care/Personal Care related FMCG company
• Experience in product formulation and evaluation (cleaning and sensory) of laundry detergents or personal care products is preferred
• Experience in biochemical and enzyme analysis in vitro and handling microorganisms under aseptic conditions is preferred
• Strong hands-on experimental skills, with a passion to apply scientific findings to solve practical problems
• Keen interest to apply statistical and digital skills in analysing and presenting complex datasets
• Curious, self-driven and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of networking and communicating with colleagues from other regions
