Job Requirements - Technician

Education & Qualification

Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Information Technology field. Additional certification in system installation, wiring, or networking is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in technical installation, servicing, or maintenance. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will be considered for Junior Technician roles. Experience in security systems (CCTV, barrier gates, access control, NVR/DVR, alarm systems, etc.) or IT networking is preferred.

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, and system integration. Able to install and configure software/hardware devices (e.g., PNPRS, VMS, PGUARD, or IoT devices). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Familiar with using power tools and testing equipment safely. Understanding of IP configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi setup, and mobile app linking is an advantage.

Soft Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn new technologies. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure. Team-oriented with a positive working attitude.

Other Requirements

Possess valid driving license (D) and own transport. Willing to travel to multiple sites (within Klang Valley and occasionally outstation). Able to work after hours, weekends, or on standby when required. Physically fit and comfortable with field work and outdoor environments.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
